1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Shreepath website, mobile experience, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), and your purchase of any products listed on it. By browsing the Platform or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By using the Platform you confirm that the information you provide us is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products, including colours, finish, and dimensions, as accurately as possible. Rudraksha, idols, crystals, and other natural or handcrafted items may vary slightly from the images shown, as each piece is unique. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed in full through the payment methods available at checkout before an order is confirmed and processed.

5. Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and on the order confirmation. Timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, remote locations, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the courier partner.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because many of our products are energised or ritually prepared to order, eligibility for return or exchange varies by product category. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy, or contact our support team, for details specific to your order before initiating a return.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Shreepath name and marks, is the property of Shreepath or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shreepath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page, and continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
