Returns and damaged items

Return eligibility depends on the item and whether it has been personalized or ritually prepared. Contact support promptly after delivery and retain the original packaging.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, send your order number and clear photographs to support@shreepath.com so we can investigate.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing time may apply after a refund is initiated.
